We use 100% Gifu-made "Hatsushimo" Rice Flour in our dumplings.

We use mochi rice cakes made with 100% Gifu-made Hatsushimo Rice Flour and a salty-sweet sauce that is made with tamari soy sauce prepared with underground water from the Nagara River.
